It’s got to be FASHION, without a doubt, bordering on obsession… I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how to combine my drawings, paintings and fashion styling ideas, and been doing lots of drawing, mostly of my own outfits, thinking about the appeal of repeated patterns, inspired by the Kusama exhibition at the Tate Modern and her lovely obsession with dots. Think this repeated image suggests infinity, and therefore something spiritual and full and unending, like love or paradise, at least to me anyway.
